As the end of 2023 approaches, has this year met your expectations or are you still struggling with bad habits like unhealthy eating?

December is the time for making those famous New Year’s resolutions. This year, our organization is here to help you achieve a healthier, more compassionate, and sustainable diet. We invite you to make your VegOdluka and try being vegan for a month.

VegOdluka is our project, now in its third year, taking place throughout January. This plan includes daily meal suggestions with nutritional values. Every day during VegOdluka, you’ll get free access to recipes for the entire day, their nutritional content, and where to buy the ingredients. All you need to do is get the ingredients (we’ve ensured they’re accessible to everyone) and start preparing delicious meals.

What can you expect from this program?

This year, we have fantastic recipes prepared by Ena Tešić, a vegan, nutritionist, and owner of the Nutrition Counseling Center “Veggae”.

Additionally, you’ll get many useful tips on vegan nutrition, along with online and in-person gatherings to cook and socialize together.

The most active participants from other cities will have their travel expenses to Sarajevo reimbursed for in-person gatherings.

Wondering how to join our VegOdluka program?

All you need to do is fill out this FORM, after which you’ll get access to all recipes and a private Facebook group where you can ask questions about the recipes and share your experiences. Our nutritionist Ena will be there all month to mentor you and answer your questions.

If you’re not sure about committing to VegOdluka right away, you’ll have access to recipes for the first three days of January from December 1st to try without signing up. These initial recipes will be available to everyone to give you an idea of the project.

Can past participants join the new VegOdluka cycle? Absolutely!

Every change begins with a firm decision. This January, make your VegOdluka, join us, and eat exclusively vegan, nutritionally balanced food for a month.

We remind you that this plan is prepared by a vegan nutrition expert. The meals are rich in all the nutrients a human body needs, and you get this meal plan completely FREE! We’re sure you won’t regret it! After all, it costs you nothing!
