Preparations for the third VivaBiH Fest are in full swing and we are looking for energetic and enthusiastic part-time workers who will help us make this event unforgettable!
Details about the festival:
Date: November 2
Place: Hotel Bristol Novotel, Sarajevo
Working hours: 9:00 – 21:00
What we offer:
– Daily allowance: 50 KM
– Meal during the working day
– VivaBiH Fest promotional material (t-shirt, pen, notebook)
What you will get:
– Work in a dynamic environment
– Experience in organizing events
– The possibility of networking and making new friends
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for responsible, professional and reliable people who are willing to engage in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates are:
– They are ready for teamwork and cooperation
– Responsible and punctual in performing tasks
– Motivated to help create an unforgettable experience for all participants
– It is not necessary to be vegan, but openness to veganism and the desire to learn are welcome!
Various positions and tasks:
– Preparing and packing welcome packages for visitors
– Welcoming visitors and providing information
– Working on information and sales stands
– Providing support to exhibitors
– Assisting in culinary workshops, including setting up equipment and materials
– Assisting in collecting feedback from visitors ( filling out a survey)
– Serving water and coffee to visitors during the festival
– Taking care of the cleanliness of the space
